All my silks are individually hand painted by me,
Ann E. Taecker, using only the highest quality China silks
and imported French dyes.  I have no employees
or apprentices, just my two hands. 

Starting with pieces of white silk and dyes of only the
primary colors of red, yellow and blue plus a little black ,
I create each piece of wearable art, one at a time.
No matter how hard I try, I cannot (and will not!)
do the same thing twice!  Mixing my dyes in very small batches allows me to create any color possible and I delight in the challenge of finding a color that is just right for you.
